Issue with Subscribing Family Premium

My Question or Issue

Hi,

I would like to purchase Premium Family plan with debit card but when I click on debit card payment option,
the website keep redirecting me to "Pay by Mobile" option.
 
 
How to solve this?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.

 

If you only see mobile as an available payment method you might've encountered an issue that we're currently investigating. Check out this thread and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe in the three-dots menu at the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this.
