Issue with family.plan

Hi

I have signed up to family product via the android ap using my facebook account. My account on the website states i have free premium but i wish to add my wife and i cant. When will it upgrade on the site? What do i need to do to sort this out?

Hi @Chrishill1990, welcome to the Community!

 

Let me get this clear first - you can access your Premium for Family account on your Android device, but when you log in the web player it says you have a Free plan?

 

Have you tried logging in the desktop app?

 

When you click here, does it say Premium for Family or Free?
