Issue with family premium service.

Issue with family premium service.

Hi team. I was recently asked to verify my email address and may have used the wrong one and entered credit card details. Now my family premium service (peterf021069) is not working and I am getting all the ads. How do I rectify this? Thanks.

Do you mean that you were required to verify your address? All users within a Premium for Family subscription need to live on the same physical address. You can read more about this here
