Issues logging on

Help I have added myself as a family member and it won't let me log on. I have reset my password 3 times so that's not the issue.

What sort of device is it you are logging into?

Have you tried a Clean reinstallation of Spotify?

Is the account you're logging into facebook or spotify based? Please note if it is facebook you need to click the "login with facebook" button rather than type in your facebook details to the spotify login dialogue.
