My Question or Issue:

 

Hi There,

I registered my premium account for the google home promotion. Once I received the email that the 'device is now avilable' I ordered the Google Home (April 12th) at no charge and entered my credit card information.  I did not recieve any email confirmation from spotify or Google Store. When I log back into the google store, it says I have no current orders on file, and their customer service cannot find evidence of my order. 

 

I tried to re-do the purchase the google home mini for the second time, by clicking on the original email from Spotify saying that 'device is now avilable' . When I attempt this purchase it states that the promotional code for my account was already redeemed.  Please help! Google suggested i request another promotional code.

Follow these steps below:

  1. Go to Customer Support page here.
  2. Select the option "Subscription".
  3. And then, select "Trial/Promotions".
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.
  5. Fill the form and then you be guided to a chat page.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble on it. I suggest that you be in touch with the Spotify Customer Support to solve your problem as soon as possible, because the offer is ended in Canada.

I have not been able to find a way to connect with a human being for
Spotify Support other than leaving a message on their Facebook messenger.
Everything I click on on the website directs me back to this community
board. I already tried to FB message the Spotify Canada page, which doesn't
accept messages. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
