Issues with account

Issues with account

Hi, I've recently got this issue with my spotify, there are 3 issues at the moment, which are

a) I can not find my own spotify which was connected to my facebook.

b) If i log on to my gfs spotify it comes up with my name/facebook picture.

c) If I log in with my facebook details I'm sent to a new spotify, with no playlist or anything.

This is how and why i came to this situation;

1. I created a playlist with my account, which was connected with my facebook.

2. I logged onto my gfs account on my mobile to subscribe to the list, and it got connected with my facebook and got my name/picture.

3. I then logged onto her account on my computer to try and fix this, I did the disconnect from facebook thing, but it has not changed yet.

4. So i logged out of her account, and logged on with my own facebook detailes, then i was sent to her spotify

5. After seeing this i logged off, to log on with my previous spotify which i thought was connected to my facebook, it was not.

6. I then tried to reinstall spotify, and now when I log on with my facebook or my previous spotify I'm sent to a clean spotify account with no lists, they got connected, but lost all previous lists i think, which is okey, but it's still not my original account

7. Then i tried logging in to my gfs spotify, which now also have my facebook detailes in the corner, but is not connected to my facebook.

What I want is to be able to get access to my original account, which i have the account numbers to, but not any username or similar so i cant log into it. And remove my name/picture from my gfs spotify, any tips ?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your account. What I think has happened here is you and your girlfriends accounts have become merged accidentally and then split again - and when that happens your real Spotify account gets lost in the login system.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
