Issues with contact forms & deactivating account.

Hi, I need the person in-charge to delete my account immediately! I tried going to the contact form but it keeps shutting! Its getting on my nerves so do not ask me to try via the contact form again!

It's ridiculous that we can't change our profile username and picture, what more to go through all this trouble just to delete an account. Please fix and improve on this!!

Same here, followed the procedure on how to cancel subscription but can't find the "cancel subscription" button under subscription

That does't work anymore. It puts me back into the same loop starting with the Contact Page.
