Issues with gift cards

Hello guys,

I dont know what to do about it! 

I had a test month for a premium acc. from january to february, then I paid 3 gift cards - each 10€.

From february to march (yesterday) I had a premium account that was paid by my first giftcard.

Now I am suddenly unsubscribed to premium but still have 20€ of gift cards left.

In the payment options there is no option offered for paying by the rest of the gift card money.

I cant find any solution- please help me!

Could it be possible that your giftcards were assigned to a different Spotify account?


You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24-48 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
