My Question or Issue

My wife cannot get the Duo account link to work. 

I sent a new link multiple times and she is copying/pasting link, opening new browser window in a private browsing session.  She tried signing out of her Spotify account too. Same issue every time.  It just shows a page which reads "there was a problem please try again later" 

It's been doing this for almost a week

I've already been to the page in your link before posting my issue, thanks though....none of the things in the link solved the problem.
