Issues with logging in by mail

Hello, I have been logging in through Facebook, but when I checked my profile today i saw a email I dont know, and I cant seem to change this because I cant remember the password. Since I dont know the email connected to my account I dont dare to send a new mail to reset the password. My username is Sivertsandal. Can you look into this for me so I can fix it?

Go to your account page https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ then go to edit profile. You can change your email here as long as you know your password. If it says it is affiliated with Facebook than make sure your Facebook has the correct email.

Unfortunately I cant change the mail because I cant remember the password. I normally log in through Facebook. I tried to reset the password now, then the site said I would receive a mail to reset it, but I am afraid that someone else will get this since I dont know, and have never before seen the mail which is on my spotify profile.
