It appears that my spotify account has been linked to a Playstation 4, I do not own a Playstation 4.

My Question or Issue

I see a Playstation 4 linked to my account, but I never owned or logged into spotify on a playstation 4. I logged out everywhere and changed password, but it needs to be disconnected from the PSN account of that device, except as it's not my account I can't forcibly disconnect via the PSN site.
