It has been less than a month and my subscription has been cut off

It has been less than a month and my subscription has been cut off

I paid for my Spotify subscription a few days after hurricane Issac. A few days ago my subscription has been cut off. What happened? I really would like my subscription back. I have been paitent and waited a few days.

Hi Christinaboo,

 

Here's what's going on:

 

July 26: Started subscription

August 26: Renewal failed

- At this point you keep your subscription status while the system tries again for a few days

August 31: Renewal successful

- This is why the payment will have that date

September 26: Renewal failed

- It looks like your card has expired

 

When you get a new card (or expiry date), just head back to your Subscription page, enter new card details, and then start a new subscription.
