It is possible I signed up with wrong email for Premium, card charged, can't access accou

It is possible I accidentally signed up in wrong email for Premium. The contact form on Spotify to change email does not work for me. I did not get a verification email sent to me… but my credit card has been charged. I know my password and you have charged my credit card… but I do not know my email address to log-in. Please help! How do I contact Spotify to have this corrected? Or, is there a secure Spotify-chat I can provide my email address and password to get this corrected.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. No worries though, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find the account you originally signed up with.
