yes I have a premium account and use an iPhone, I am not a technical person so need simple instructions

Sure, no problem!

You're probably tapping the big green button (shuffle play) when choosing an album or playlist. When you don't want to shuffle play, just tap the song you want to listen first. This way it will follow the expected order.
