It’s Like someone else used my account

I have a premium account and I just opened it on my phone and all my playlists are gone and there are 4 new ones that I didn’t put there and when I opened spoitfy on my pc my playlists were there but 10 seconds later and everything changed same as my phone, even the recently played songs are not mine. 

How do I restore everything, and what happened exactly ?
