It says that my father is not in the same country when we're at the same house.

It says that my father is not in the same country when we're at the same house.

I have the Family plan and I tried to invite my father, but it says he is not in the same country as me, which is crazy because we live at the same house and it says in his profile that he is in the same country. BTW, he is the one paying for this and wishes to use it too.

Hi @ericabraga! Have your farther try out the steps outlined here to ensure that he's in the right country (or you, if your account is in the wrong country). If it doesn't let you update, then I would recommend getting in touch with support. This can be done by either reaching out to @SpotifyCares on twitter; messaging support on Facebook; or through this contact form. If it's been more than 48 hours without a response, reply to the e-mail you received confirming they got your message (if you used the contact form), or, if you messaged them through Twitter or Facebook, shoot them another message there.
