It seems i have two acount

It seems i have two acount

i manage the acount i use and tried to change the email adress to the one i use now and it said i already have a acount on that one. I dont use it. 

 

 

the emailadress susdav@bredband.net is not used anymore, i use susdav@live.se. I just bought the premium on the acount that says i have susdav@bredband.net. Can you change it and delete the other acount?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that all sorted out for you. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
