It won't Sync

My spotify premium won't sync up, levaing the arrows gray instead of green.

Could you please provide us some more details like what device are you running on? (Windows, Android, iOS, OS X, Linux etc), and what OS version you have.

Whatever device you're using, could you please check if you have enough free space left on your device's storage? I would recommend you to have at least 1GB of free storage.

Also, are you connected with your WiFi network, or are you connected to a cellular network?
