It wont let me close my account

I would like to close my account, permanently, but when I try to go through the close my account section on their website, it says its down and to please try again later. I have been trying, and its still not working. Is there an email I can contact directly to have my account closed?

I've just gone to the Support Article, and I can access it all fine. Do you mind just trying again for me in Incognito Mode? This is the article I used.

If you still can't access the Account Termination page, please post back and I'll see what we can do 🙂
