My Question or Issue

Bonjour

J'ai 2 comptes Spotify

1 PREMIUM (mail *snip*)

1 free (mail *snip*)

Je reçois bien le mail de réinitialisation du password pour le compte free (via provider gmail) mais je ne reçois pas le mail de réinitialisation du password pour le compte PREMIUM.

J'ai vérifié dans spams, junks et autres : rien reçu

Pouvez-vous m'aider, svp ?

finaly, I could reset my password with tools on my Iphone (registered password via Touch Id)

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

I hope you don't mind I'm answering in English...

In your situation, try to request the password reset form on an incognito tab/window and:

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Check any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).

Try it and let me know how it goes...

Thanks for your answer, I'll make a try

But I have no problem with the my email gmail.com (free spotify account), I can reset the password as I want.

The problem is with the PREMIUM spotify account, the email attached to this account is from free provider (free.fr).

So I'll do another try in private mode I'll tell you what it gives.
