There are no ways to transfer a Playlist to a different Account. Here are some things that you could do instead:

• Log in to his Account, set his Playlist to "Collaborative Mode," and Invite yourself so both accounts can manage a single Playlist.
• You can add all of the tracks from his Playlist to your Playlist.
