Joined family subscription but still only have 'free access'

Joined family subscription but still only have 'free access'

I have signed up for a family subscription. My sister had her own premium account, however since she used the link I sent her to join the family subscription she only has 'free' access. On my administrator account it says she has joined the account. She's tried logging in and out, deleting and reloading ap and it hasn't helped. Please help! Thanks

Having the same problem here. Had a premium account and then joined Premium Famliy. Worked fine before, however it now says that I have a free account. Please help
