Just bought Premium, but still not getting it on my Mac nor iPhone!

on my account it says You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $9.99 on...

but on Spotify app it just says SPOTIFY on the top. When I click on my name at the top right corner and click on UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT, it takes me to the Spotify website, and when I try to buy premium it says You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $9.99 on...

SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!

Been seeing a few posts like this tonight, can you try:

- Logging out and back in again.

- Restarting your computer

- A clean reinstallation of the client

And see if any of those can get you up and running?

Unfortunately the only other thing I can suggest is a little time (and everyone hates waiting!) 😞
