Just deleted facebook account, but still getting charged for premium.

Hopefully this is an easy one.

I just deactivated my facebook account, but now I can't login to Spotify. I read that they are tied. Fine.

Now, what can I do to cancel premium since I'm still getting charged for it. I mean, I cannot access my spotify account to change it to a free user account. Neither can I access the online contact form.

That's the reason that I Just made this free account with a different e-mail address.

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares

If you use the online contact form instead of Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Thanks for the info. 

I used the anonymous  online contact form since I'm not willing to create a twitter account.

So I guess now I just have to wait for their response.
