Just upgraded to premium (today), however when opening Spotify on my laptop through facebook, I have 0 minutes left. Ihave re-installed spotify and rebooted the computer without any success., Very frustrating!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Hey there!!!

 

There was some issues with Spotify servers, all is now fixed for you.

 

Just drink another cup of tea and after that try to relogin.

 

If still problems, give another try of reinstall!

Done all that and no change. This is the message I get

 

You've used all your free hours for this week. This means you won't be able to play music from our catalogue until next week unless you upgrade your Spotify account

What you see in your account page? If Premium, you need to wait. There is so many customers all around the world and they are purchased good product like Spotify at the same time:)) It's very funny thing for servers:))

Just allow some minutes or hours, Premium should be yours soon.

So is does the server have mice inside, did Spotify not predict the increase in activity and increase its server capacity/activity.

Its called supply and demand. If you can't meet the supply, don't create the demand.
