Just want to cancel my subscription, but get Invalid Password errors

for 2 weeks i am waiting for customer care to get back to me...

i have a premium plan.

 

taking money goes quickly, but letting people go is not possible?

WTF?

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue.  I've got a couple of ideas that might help you.  First, make sure you are completely logged out of both the Spotify website and Facebook.  Once you are logged out of both, try cancelling your account again.  Some people have had some success with that option.  If that still does not work, others have also had success trying another browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)  Are you able to cancel your account in another browser?

I am having the same exact problem.  I tried both of the suggestions and neither worked.
