KEEP GETTING CHARGED..

I keep getting charged on my CC when I've never used Spotify, what do I do? Account email says it's not an active account
I've been trying every single way to contact Spotify and nothing is working.. I've gotten two bank charges for insufficient funds......
And after I spoke to the bank they disabled balance, so I get an email that Spotify cannot renew

I'm seriously about to lose it. The email of the account is Maruku@live.com, I had to make a new account just to make a post. I sent in a ticket, but got no response, just the confirm email.
