KPN Spotify activation code

Hello,

15 days ago I have orderd spotify premium tro KPN Mobile. The activation code would be send within 2 hours. Now, 15 days later I still dont have the activation code. When will I get it, and wat will we do about the costs?

I'd recommend getting in touch with KPN so they can look into this.

I did contact KPN and they said to contact spotify community because they provide it and spotify have to deliver the code for premium...

Please bear in mind that the Community is not an official Spotify support service. It's a place where we all help each other, whether we work for Spotify or not :).
