Hallo zusammen, ich habe einen Family account und möchte meine Tochter einladen. Dieses geht nicht, da Spotify meint, die Adressen stimmen nicht überein. 

Auch nach dem fünften Versuch keine Übereinstimmung.

Was kann ich tun ?

Right now, all members of the plan must live in the same physical address to join. This means that if the address entered doesn't match the one used by the plan owner, the account won't be able to join.

In this case, if you're sharing the same address, it's best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look to the accounts and help you out.
