My Question or Issue
I have a family account with three users, me, my wife and and I have set up an account for the Sonos system. I've just checked and all three users are signed in separately but when my wife logs on to Spotify through Sonos, I get kicked off at work. Just tried at home between my account and Sonos and same thing.

I see you've mentioned your country of origin to be Gibraltar.
As Spotify isn't yet launched in Gibraltar, i would have to ask for the type of connection you're using to determine the issue.

The fact that you're currently located in a different country than what's stated on your account / a country where Spotify isn't yet available may causing this issue.
For a Premium Family subscription to work properly, all members should be listed in the same country and exact address.
