Keep getting charged even though I'm on a free trial.

Hey community!

Can anyone tell me why i am being charged £9.99 a month even though I'm supposed to be on a free trial?

I have gone to my subscription page and it says i am not on any monthly paying deal yet,i also never get emails from Spotify each time i am charged or anything so i dont know how to cancel it...

Any help is much appreciated!

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
