Recently, my player has been stopping and I get a message that says "Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else" I've read through some of the posts on here and have tried the following with no success:
- Changed my password (twice)
- Removed Spotify from my Sonos account
- Closed any other Spotify apps (even though they weren't playing music)
I have a premium account with 2 family members, but I've verified they are using they're accounts. It also occurs on both my iPhone and laptop.
Seems that the pause is sporadic, sometimes I can listen for an hour or so, other times its pauses after playing for about 10 seconds.
Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks!
