Keeps telling me I already have an account at login

Hi, I've reset my password and am trying to log in on the app on my iPad and my phone and it won't let me, it says I already have an account with that email. It won't let me login via Facebook or using my newly reset password or the same password for my Facebook account. Please help. Thanks

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
