Kicked off my account

Kicked off my account

I received an email asking me to verify my address to stay on my family account. When I did, I got kicked off saying I couldn't be verified. No one else in my family received this notice. I tried contacting Spotify but all I got was a generic email with a case number and no actual help.

When did you contact Spotify? If you received the email with the Case # more then 24 hours ago, please reply back to that exact email, don't open a new case. You should hear back from them soon.
