Hi, I have an accunt Spotify which is with Family prenium. Today I've been asked to confirm that I live at the same place as all the rest of my family. I've done it a soon as possible but it did nothing (only saying that following instructions will be sent to me by email... i've never received it) now my accunt is a free one and it did the same thing for my sister but not for the rest of my family. I've tried by many different way to have the Family Prenium back but it is impossible and i can't have my music back. Hope you understand my problem and help me...
