Could you let me know which device this happens on? Also, are you trying to log in to the app or the the website?

 

You can also send me a screenshot of the message you're receiving when you attempt to log in. Make sure to hide sensitive or personal info when posting to the Community.

Hi Billy, thanks for replying.

I am using a Samsung S8 which has always worked fine with my spotify.  I recently cancelled my premium so I could activate a discount code with my phone provider but instead of reverting back to free spotify, it has logged me out.

It keeps telling me I am offline, when I am not and every password link it sends doesnt work (just says expired).

I cant take a screenshot of the log in screen for security reasons.
