Kicked out of my premium subscription.... what is going on??

Hi,

I am suddenly (last saturday I think) kicked back to the free version while i paid and use the premium version for over a year now without a problem. All my playlists are gone, both when i log in with facebook or mu spotify credentials.

Please help me out here!!!!!!!

Hi Mr_Lorentzo - Welcome to the Community.

What's happened here is you've made a second account on our system. I've just checked your original 'lorentz.figenschau' and your playlists should all be intact.

Just log out and log back in with this username (not your email address). Please have a look at this similar thread for some more info.
