Klarna: No Bills recieved

Klarna: No Bills recieved

Hello Community,

 

I choose Klarna as my Payment method. The Problem is that I'm not recieving any e-mails from Klarna, when I want to have access to my Bills.

As a result, my Spotify Account was canceled and now I can't order a new one because I've got unpaid Bills.

 

I hope you can help me out!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

If your payment method was via Klarna then you will need to get in touch with them since normally Spotify won't be able to view your account since it will be on Klarna's systems (since they manage your account).
