Klarna payments

Klarna payments

Hi,

Uni student here in Germany with a premium account. So I was paying with Klarna for a year up until now, no issues there. Automatic payments of 4,99 each month.

However, since december (as I extended my student account), Klarna sends me bills past the due date with extra fees (7,42 euros) telling me that i have unpaid bills.

Now comes the part where Spotify screws with you here: Apparently, you can't pay with Paypal when you have a student account. ONLY KLARNA & CREDIT CARDS.

And Klarna refuses to address why they don't send the bills before the due date so you don't get charged extra late fees. It says you have unpaid bills. Worst customer service ever.

Thanks, to this lovely support from spotify who refuse to do anything about this or Klarna, my friends and i are going considering cancelling our subscriptions.

Is any student in Germany facing the same issue and if yes, how did you manage this?

My most recent invoice says:

Rechnungsnummer: [removed]

Datum: 10.02.2017

Bestellnummer: [removed]

Bestelldatum: 20.01.2017

Zahlungsfrist: 02.03.2017

Zahlungsempfänger: Klarna

IBAN: [removed]

BIC: [removed]

Gesamtbetrag: 7,42 EUR

u Verwendungszweck: [removed]

(see attachment)

And somehow I never received the bill without the payment date or even how to pay without the extra charge.

Can someone from the community sort this mess out? Thanks!
