Im not after help right now  just wanted to share my thanks to the Spotify Team  and my positive experience .

 

On Christmas Eve I purchased, rather late, an ecard for a years subscription to Spotify Premium . This was to be a gift to my daughter in Ireland . Im resident in the UK and until my daughters inability to activate the subscription, I was unaware of geographical limitations , in that the ecard can only be activated in the country where the payment method is from . Which on reflection kind of defeats the object of sending an ecard in the majority of instances. Anyway , all set to use my 14 day money back guarantee I contacted support . After a few email exchanges , and furnishing them with my order number and daughters email , they were able to upgrade her free account to the premium one .
