My Question or Issue
I have been automatically logged out of my Premium Account on my phone and laptops. The error message is 'The username or Password is incorrect. Error Code 3' The username is staggerlee46. If I login via Facebook this takes me to a seperate Free Account with no playlists etc. I've tried a password reset - this has just reset the login details for a Free Account and not my Premium account which has 5 years worth of playlsits which I really dont want to lose access to. Any ideas how to access my Premium account, given that a password reset won't work?

Issue now resolved. If anyone has a similar issue, my premium account was linked to an archived email account. They had to re-link to an alternative email account which wasnt being used by an existing Spotify account
