LOST EVERYTHING

I currently have an account under a family premium deal (I am not paying for it but my brother who I am unable to contact is) and I was logged in on my phone and my computer. I recently reset both my phone and computer though and lost all of my information. I am unaware which email I used (As I have an older account using my main email // I am using the older account to ask this) and I am also unaware what my username is.
Is there anyway to fix this problem?
