I live in Spain but don't speak Spanish When I go to support site. It comes up in Spanish with no apparent way to change language. Same with my account page. Help please.

Hmm, that sounds very strange.

Have you tried to use another browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

Yes tried changing browser. Managed to finally access customer support and have cancelled Spotify. Sick of messing with it. They should make it much easier to access customer support, so that cretins like me can use it easily.
