Let premiun family account subside while abroad

I have been on a family subscription to premium for quite some time. I am currently traveling in Italy. One of our family members let the subscription to Premium lapse while I was abroad and I was kicked off. When I tried to log back on, I couldn't because it said I could only use an account abroad for 14 days. So I tried to chance my location to Italy. However, now that we have the premium account again, and I recivevd an email invitation, I cannot accept the subscription because it says I live in Italy, not the US, and I cannot change my location to anything other than Italy.
How to I make it so that the drop down bar has an option for the US?
