There is no accurate way to contact you guys, meaning Spotify. I received a notification to verify my account which I’ve never had to do before. So I’m trying to figure out why you would need me to do that now. The email that you sent I was not able to reply to. If I ever have questions about how this system works or what’s going on with my account, you only ever direct me to look at other customers questions. So please Spotify, have an email people can send their questions to. It’s frustrating enough when I can’t find the answer to my question, but the fact that I can’t even ask directly is more frustrating.
