Library Disappeared

I opened up my account and everything was gone. Now I’m back to free but being charged for premium. What happened?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

If after logging out and back in the music, followers and subscription are different, most likely you're logged to a different account that is in the free tier.

 

First, we'd recommend logging out from your current session and trying to log in using a different email address, your Facebook profile, your phone number or even your Google/Apple account, in case you have one. 

 

If after trying this the issue persists, as we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check your individual account and help you further.
