Library deleted, random changes made

I just opened Spotify and all the song sin my Library are gone. Instead, it is showing 11 new songs in my Library added 7 hours ago which I did not add. I was not even using Spotify 7 hours ago. It has also added a playlist called “This is Martin Garrix” which I did not add. It is also showing someone named “Mohammad Mohsen” under Friend Activity, I have no idea who this is. I have no idea what is going on here. I was not even using Spotify and now all my Library songs are gone and have been replaced. Is there any way to get back my old Library and revert my account to the way it was? Attached is a screenshot of what I saw when I opened Spotify today.

Hi FrostedKrispie, If you're seeing changes made to your account that you did not make it's always a good idea to change your password immediately and contact Spotify support. If you have any deleted playlists you can go to spotify.com, then your account and click on the recover playlists button.
