Hi there!
I've just created a new account with my Rogers service but I am unable to connect my Facebook to it as it was used to create my old free account. How can I delete my old account to free up facebook?

Sign into Facebook and go to this page:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
Remove Spotify from that page and then try to connect your new Spotify account to Facebook.
Post back if you are still having trouble.

If you contact Spotify Customer Support via here they'll be able to close youe Facebook-integrated account for you.
Once that is done, you can connect your new account to Facebook without any problems.

So I submitted a form and got an autoresponse directing me back to the community??? I tried disconnecting spotify from facebook in my facebook settings however when I try to connect facebook to my new account it says its connected to another account still.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. They should then reply back within 24-48 hours.
