Linking Rogers and Spotify

Linking Rogers and Spotify

I am trying to set up my Spotify Premium that I was offered to by Rogers and I can't complete the final "complete activation" step. It just loads and loads forever. Please Help!!!! Rogers has opened a case but it may take up to a week and a half for them to resolve it. I figured I'd try it on this end.

I was able to resolve it earlier. Unfortunately, Spotify wasn't able to help as it was on Rogers end but Rogers didn't help either. I was just finally able to make it work. Thanks for your concern.

How did u get it to work? I am having the same problem right now.

I just kept trying it since it seemed like it was an issue with the My Rogers website. It tried it at about 4:00 in the morning when I figured the website may not be super busy and it worked. This was on day 5 of trying. Sorry I can't be of more help.
