Linking Spotify with PlayStation account

Hi, I can't link my Spotify account with my PlayStation account. I'm getting a message: "Your account on PlayStation™Network or your Spotify® account are already linked to different accounts. Please sign out and try a different account." Even though I unlinked PSN account in my Spotify dashboard, and Sony helpline says my PSN account is not linked with any Spotify account. Please advise.
